This registry is made available through the Internet with the intent to better assist the public in preventing and protecting against the commission of future criminal sexual acts by convicted sex offenders. The registration of sex offenders is intended to provide the People of the Pokagon Band Of Potawatomi Indians with an appropriate, comprehensive, and effective means to monitor those persons who pose such a potential danger.
